SHIPPING

all original paintings ship either flat in a hard cardboard boxes or unstretched & rolled in a tube. larger works on canvas will be crated to ensure safe delivety. every shipment is insured for the cost of the artwork. all works ship mainly via usps and a tracking number is provided. we are happy to accomodate most other shipment or courier services, including if you have an account you would prefer to use.

the price of shipping is determined by your location and the size of the purchased original piece. the price ranges are:

for u.s.:($12-$1000)

for maui locals there is the option to choose pick-up at checkout which is free!

for international: ($40-$700+)

please note this is the best option available to me at this time as a small business.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S)

all items will take about 2 weeks to ship. for all orders within the u.s., please allow 5 business days for delivery. an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

for all international orders, please allow 20-30 business days for delivery. an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

IMPORT CHARGES

customs duties and taxes are charged upon delivery, i do not have any control on eventual additional charges that may occur once the package has reached its destination. please note that i do not offer any refund on these fees.

please note that I am not personally able to give informations about the tax rules of every country but you can contact your local post office if you would like to know more about these fees before you place an order in my original paintings shop. let them know that you are planning on purchasing original art, as tax rules on art may differ according to countries.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

as all original artwork is unique, it is impossible for me to replace it exactly in the unlikely event that it arrives at destination damaged. all originals are packed with care to assure that this doesn’t happen and are insured for the cost of the artwork. however, if an unlikely event occurs, please contact me within 5 days with clear pictures of the damage.

all damages are assessed on a case-by-case basis and it may proceed to a refund or an exchange, depending on the situation. if the artwork needs to be sent back, i am not responsible for any shipping costs.

LOST IN MAIL

while every care is taken when shipping the originals, packages sometimes gets lost or delayed. if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at hello@taylorbinda.com and i will try my best to locate your order.

COPYRIGHTS

please note that all copyrights remain with the artist. purchasing an original piece doesn’t allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes, or misuse it in any other way. if you would like to license an artwork, please contact me with details about your project. check below for more details about copyrights!

RETURN POLICY

exchanges and returns are made on a case by case system, email me at hello@taylorbinda.com and we can talk about your order.
shipping fees will not be refunded and its the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping fees.
